Buyer, Buyer, Homebuyer Story!

• U-Haul cancels the reservation 3 days before moving
• Drive an hour to pick up new U-Haul
• Break down an hour away from closing right before crossing the Mississippi River bridge on a Friday afternoon
• Leaves family behind in Texas

• Thank you Mr. LA State Trooper for escorting the buyers to safety
• Thank you to the lender for the 2 bottles of Prosecco- perfect present needed!
• Thank you to the title company for being ready to send the mobile notary out and 2 witnesses to sign on the side of the road just so this sweet couple could have the keys to move into their new home- (AND thankfully we didn't have to take that route!)
• Thank you to the sweet seller and their agent who were not alarmed by the last minute hiccup
• Thankful for the cold water given to the pups when they arrived at the title company and the cold lemonade that was ready in a jiffy for them at the Starbucks drive thru.

Here's to the mom back home... your baby girl made it to the big BR safely, bought her first home and has a story to tell for years to come!
